Me at Salt and Sand Beach.jpg

I’m here to help.

I am a doctor of pelvic health physical therapy, sex counselor, and sex educator. As one of five physical therapists worldwide with an AASECT certification in sex counseling, I am uniquely equipped to help you transcend your sexual and/or pelvic dysfunction by taking into consideration all of you – your ambitions, body, mind, spirit, and relationship(s). My approach is sex positive, trauma-informed, kink-aware, LGTBQIA+ affirming, poly-friendly, and rooted in mindfulness and intersectional feminist theory. I believe that you have the ability to step into your best life and that my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration, introspection, processing, and healing.

The fine print: I received my doctorate in physical therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University followed by a yearlong postdoctoral residency in pelvic health physical therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. To round out my sexual health education as a medical professional, I pursued instruction and mentorship in sex counseling through the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program.
